Dagmar Bottenbruch
Dagmar Bottenbruch is an angel investor based in Germany with significant experience in investment and finance in many sectors, in particular Food and Agri-related businesses. She began her career at First Boston in New York and since then has held positions with several financial services institutions in New York, London, Milan and Frankfurt, including as General Manager of Rabobank in Germany. She serves on the supervisory boards of FLOCERT GmbH and vaamo Finanz AG and on the advisory boards of DMK Deutsches Milchkontor GmbH and ISOTECH GmbH. Ms. Bottenbruch holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Psychology from UC Berkeley and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Charles Harman
Charles Harman rejoined J.P.Morgan in 2015 as vice chairman of investment banking for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Previously, he served as chief executive officer of BXR Partners LLP from 2011 to 2014. His non-executive directorships include Sanditon Investment Trust PLC and The Peters Fraser & Dunlop Group Limited. Mr Harman’s prior career was in investment banking at Credit Suisse First Boston (1984-1994), MC Securities (1994-1997), Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette (1997-2001) and JP Morgan Cazenove (2001-2011). He was appointed Head of UK investment banking for J.P. Morgan in 2010. Mr. Harman holds a BA (Hons) and MA from Oxford University.
Martin Nye
Martin Nye is an experienced executive who has held senior corporate positions in public and private companies. He is currently non-executive chairman of ALcontrol, a laboratory group, works with Chinook Energy, a clean-tech company, and advises syncreon, an international logistics group, where he was previously a non-executive director. Mr. Nye began his career as a management consultant with LEK Consulting. He has extensive experience in several sectors: the recycling and waste management industry, as chief executive of Reconomy Group; the business services sector, as chief executive of Mentmore plc; and the logistics industry, principally with Exel plc. He holds an MA in History from the University of Cambridge.
Hans-Jörg Rudloff
Hans-Jörg Rudloff has had a distinguished career in the banking industry. He was the chairman of Barclays Capital from 1999 – 2014, prior to which he served as chairman and CEO of Credit Suisse First Boston and was a member of the Executive Board of Credit Suisse Zurich, following his 10 years as chairman of Kidder Peabody International. Mr. Rudloff has also served as vice chairman of both Novartis and Rosneft, as a non-executive director of New World Resources Plc and as chairman of Bluebay Asset management, Escada, MC-BBL and the International Capital Market Association. His current directorships include Thyssen Bornemisza Group, Decolef and Guardian Capital. He is also chairman of Marcuard Holding Ltd and serves on the advisory boards of Landeskreditbank Baden-Wurttemberg and the Munich Security Conference and on the Foundation Board of the International Center for Monetary and Banking Studies. Mr. Rudloff graduated with honours from the University of Berne with a degree in Economics.
