Richard Gati is head of the Singapore office, BXR Partners Pte Ltd. Prior to joining BXR Partners in 2011, he was Principal of GATKO Partners Pte and GATKO Partners LLP, which he co-founded in 2005 to manage the GATKO Global Opportunities Master Fund Ltd. He was previously at Bear Stearns International as Managing Director Principal from 2000 to 2005. Prior to this, he spent two years at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, having started his career at ING Barings in 1994. He has a BSc (Hons) degree in Engineering Mathematics from Bristol University.

Daniel Hallgarten is a partner of BXR Advisory Partners. He was a founding partner of BXR Advisory Partners in November 2010 and re-joined in January 2015 following an 18 month break. He worked for the UK arm of a predecessor of the BXR Group from 2005 to 2009 following two years as CFO of a software start-up. He has ten years’ experience as an investment banker first at S.G.Warburg in London and Madrid and, following two years at the European Investment Fund in Luxembourg, UBS Investment Bank in London. A British national, he is a Chartered Accountant (Arthur Andersen & Co., London) and received a first class degree in Chemistry from the University of Nottingham, England.

Michael Jasansky is a senior consultant to BXR Advisory Partners, advising on portfolio and corporate finance matters. Michael joined BXR in 2005 and was formerly head of the Prague office. Michael previously worked for Citigroup and then spent 10 years with Patria Finance, a Central European investment banking firm. Michael studied at the Charles University in Prague and holds an MSc degree in geophysics.

Bence Katai is a founding partner of BXR Advisory Partners. He worked for a predecessor of BXR Partners in Budapest between 2009 and 2010, prior to which he was a director of Citigroup’s Debt Capital Markets department in London. Prior to 2006, Bence held various positions at Citigroup’s offices in Budapest and London in corporate finance, global capital structuring and capital markets. He graduated in 1999 with distinction from the University of Miskolc, Hungary (Faculty of Economics), and holds an MSc in Business Administration.

Michael Pitt is Head of Corporate Finance and Legal and a partner of BXR Advisory Partners. Prior to joining BXR Advisory Partners in 2011 he was Head of Legal of J.P. Morgan Cazenove for four years, having previously spent six years with Morgan Stanley and started his career at Linklaters and Weil Gotshal. He is a British citizen, has an MA (First Class Hons) in Jurisprudence from Oxford University and is a solicitor (non-practising) qualified in England and Wales.

Brendan is an Associate at BXR Advisory Partners in the London office. Prior to joining BXR Advisory Partners in April 2024, he worked in the M&A Investment Banking teams at Canterbury Partners Australia and McGrathNicol Australia for three years, providing financial due diligence and M&A advisory services to clients across a broad range of industries. Brendan holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Monash University Australia and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and the CFA Institute.

Aaron is a Vice President in the Singapore Office, BXR Partners Pte Ltd., having previously worked for five years at BXR Advisory Partners in London. A Malaysian citizen who grew up in Singapore, he previously worked in the investment banking division at Religare Capital Market’s office in Singapore. Aaron holds a BSc (First Class Hons) in Business Management from King’s College London, focusing on Economics and Finance.
