XCentric Hotels has completed the sale of its portfolio of budget hotels operated as master franchisee for Benelux of the easyHotel brand to the franchisor easyHotel plc.

Together with Canadian development partners Bluenose AC Investments and Freed Developments, BXR Group sold Grand Park Village to the Minto Group. The project is a site in Etobicoke, a suburb of Toronto, which was assembled and on which the partnership achieved zoning for one million square feet of mixed use condiminium and retail units.
