A BXR shareholder has co-invested with premium consumer brand investor Scope Capital, which has acquired a majority interest in Stone Fashion Group. Stone Fashion is Dutch outdoor wear specialist, whose portfolio includes women’s design activewear brand Goldbergh.

Landon Capital Partners announced the sale of iMemories, the US analogue-to-digital photo and video conversion business, to Ancestry, a Blackstone portfolio company, delivering another successful exit for a BXR shareholder alongside Landon Capital Partners.

CEP announces a significant oil discovery in its Wolin East 1 well in the Baltic Sea offshore North West Poland. Estimated recoverable oil, sales gas and natural gas liquids totalling 200mmboe, plus further potential to increase this to 400mmboe, render it the largest conventional hydrocarbon field discovered in Poland.

ELV Associates, Inc. closed the acquisition of Red Lion, a residential development project at 1501 Arlington Boulevard in Rosslyn, Virginia in partnership with Orr Partners. The project will comprise 449 rental apartments. A BXR shareholder has co-invested with ELV Associates.

Landon Capital Partners announced the sale of Gouda Holdings, the holding company of Heartisan Foods, to The Gellert Global Group/Atalanta Corporation, delivering a successful exit for a BXR shareholder which had invested alongside Landon Capital Partners.

Completed a follow-on investment with Outsized Ventures into Magdrive, a UK-based company developing advanced electronic propulsion systems for satellites and spacecraft. This was part of a USD 10.5 million seed funding round led by Redalpine, with participation by Balerion, Founders Fund, Alumni Ventures, 7percent and Entrepreneur First.

Softchoice Corporation and World Wide Technology enter into Definitive Agreement for Softchoice to be acquired by World Wide Technology at a price of CAD 24.50 per share. Softchoice is an investment of Fund IV of Birch Hill Equity Partners, with which BXR shareholders have a co-investment interest. 

BXR shareholders participated in a consortium led by real estate investment and management company ELV Associates, Inc. to acquire 2101 L Street, Washington DC, a premium office building in the CBD of 10 storeys and 381,838 square feet. ELV’s business plan involves investing in leasing the vacant space in the building and capitalizing on the return-to-office theme and real estate market recovery for premium product.

JRJ Group, BXR Group and funds managed by Trilantic Capital Partners agree to sell 8,472,333 ordinary shares of Marex Group plc at USD 24 per share through an SEC-registered, marketed public offering raising USD 203 million.

CCM is a leading designer, manufacturer and marketer of high-performance hockey equipment, accessories, figure skates and apparel.
